Not sure what requirements were discussed when app was started but with the current state of the app and architecture any focus on accessibility is going to be quite a lot of work.

If we can focus on specific areas of the app or specific areas of usability/accessibility, that would be best. For ex. focus areas, color and light/dark contrast, image alt text, screen reader areas, keyboard only nav.
