Not all labels activate their associated input when you click them #5671
Not all labels are tied to their respective input elements, meaning that clicking the label does not focus the input, and as a side effect, does not show the appropriate help text in the side bar.
note: When I say "Too many instances", I mean that multiple labels are tied to the same input. This occurs if multiple inputs in the same document share the same ID.
