Carbon emissions in imperial units? #6103

Do we want the users to see carbon emissions in tons instead on tonnes?

Sorry to be unclear. This should probably be independent of the general metric/imperial. Confusingly, even in the US people mostly use the metric tonne for CO2, but some weirdos might like to go "ton". If this is too big for release, that is fine, just put it back to tonne everywhere pls

Maybe just it's own setting here?
