Rollup printing

• Selecting all examples --> generating rollup report --> printing all yields a PDF with error
• Some Individual reports can be printed but also show facility data for other reports (but not all?)
• CA printing is broken (screenshot) - airPropertiesData is undefined --> this may just need an await on the async call to retrieve csv

Connected with Mark on this - apparently the large size of the report (containing all examples) bogs down the PDF reader and it must take some time to load. I had to open it, close, and reopen to get it working. That aside.. still fixing CA rollup printing
