Add Assessment opportunity to Treasure Chest

Add assessment opportunity (behave like existing custom opportunity):

• pumps, fans, CA, process heating
• plug bl/mod energy use into util consumption
• allow user to select modification for opportunity

Bugs found:

• Added Pump example to TH Example with the "VFD" scenario. Turned off all opportunities except the Pump
  • CO2 savings was off. Was 229, should be 115.
  • Actually, if you turn off everything it is 115, so the opportunity might be okay, but something else is wrong (this was seen with other assessments also)

• Added PH example to TH Example. Tried to select "All Opportunities" scenario. Got error Private Zenhub Image

  • Reset application, opened TH example, turned off everything, no savings
  • Added pump example , selected vfd opp - CO2 savings still 229. Turned off the opp (nothing on) savings = 115t
  • Reset again
  • Increased the TH NG use & cost (x100), added PH assessment. no bug - seems to be related to not having enough NG in system setup.
    • CO2 savings is not (reading 3 t instead of 21,274.49)
    • Payback is wrong (put total implementation cost of $7k). (should be $7000 / $2004788/yr = 0.00349yr (probably should have made that higher costed :D )

    • did not yell when I didn't have steam to calculate with.
    • Did not apply CO2 savings

  • Added not-EAF electro tech to TH (after rest example)

    • does do weird nothing selected, still have CO2 savings thing

    • CO2 breakdown by Utility in Exe Summary looks okay, ish - NG is slightly high... by the same amount that CO2 Savings gauge is off. If turn things off - then the "correct" numbers (what should be there with the opp on) remain in the table Private Zenhub Image

  • Gauge cost savings is low. Other Fuel only has the "other fuel" also needs to have the electrode & coal energy savings (like CO2). Same in Report

Remaining things I see -

• I like the letting them set the utility type. We may want to limit but I think for now it's good

  • Process Heating steam assessments should default to "Gas", since the value you are pulling in is the MMBTU and not klb (numbers are good - just change the utility type default)

• Maybe related? I'm not seeing any CO2 savings for the PH steam assessment

• Electro tech - non eaf

  • displaying & importing {units}/hr instead of {units}/yr.
  • not converting from kWh to mmbtu for gas
  • CO2 looks like it is right
  • Cost is weird - showing zero in chest list and $14454 in gauge/report and $20417 in assessment

• Electrotech - EAF: conversions are good, but using {units}/hr instead of {units}/yr. need to x Operating hours

  • "Other Fuel" (in TH) cost, energy, carbon totals = "Other Fuel" (in EAF) + Electrode + Carbon Coal. Missing the electrode & coal
  • The numbers for CO2 & cost that are coming in (Electricity, NG & "Other fuel") are good, just missing electrode & coal
