check sankey height (width was already done, but should be checked).

make sure there is enough height to move arrows out of the way of each other, maybe 2x size of the start of the arrow? centered in the available space?

more height wanted for the sankey area, requires an algorithm to make it work so the arrow sizes don't get messed up

Let's get more specific about what's needed here and why, otherwise we can consider this dupe of #6581
