WASM Updates/Upgrades

1. Can we update EmSDK version or implementation (Suite)?
2. Check for any new version or API changes to instantiation, integration (MEASUR)?
3. Implement better fallbacks for cached wasm errors (MEASUR) and or change implementation

• An updated EmSDK is available. Suite tests need to be unbroken before I can update
• Server config has been modified to make sure application/wasm MIME type is accepted and MMap ENABLED for streaming. Errors resolved there

• Have tested slow connection and WASM module instantiates successfully (async loading in app.module is working) even though client.js will throw errors - they can be ignored

  

  Since user platform for 2nd screenshot errros was PWA, will create new issue to track fixes or changes to service worker
