Trim Compressor ordering and Update on change #6969

This started as comments form 6934, but does not seem related

  1. compressor ordering is not updating after changes made in inventory (change full load pressure to test)
  2. compressors should never have the same ordering number
  3. trim compressors should always be ordered last
  4. unrelated but will fix if easy, see last screen shot - bug appears when moving from assessment - report graphs to assessment -> setup profile for the first time. On imported assessment provided by Alex

1st screen shot ordering going top to bottom should be 2, 1, 3

I fixed the bug associated to navigating away from the profile graphs and updated the logic so that the system profile is modified when the baseline inventory is updated.

Either need a new issue or throw this one back to handle the bigger problem: The selected trim compressor should be the last compressor in the ordering.
