Would look a lot like CA leak calc NG & Other Fuels instead of Electricity Steam instead of Compressed Air

if needed I can do a mockup from the CA leak tool. Talk to Chris / Kristina if more info is needed

Devs reminder: existing implementation for CA leak survey should only be loosely copied if at all. (maybe scaffolding only). That event routing in that calc got overly complex and needs work.
