Show chosen financing option in implemented renewable #179

When the user view project information for a renewable that has been implemented, we should add a green border or background (or better) to mark which financing option was chosen. They will already see how the project was financed in year recap, but this would be good to have

This issue is dead for now due to #201 - backlogging incase something changes
