going to try to recreate my projects DID NOT use any financing. Waste Heat was Cap Project Year 5/6. Boiler Replacement was Cap Project Year 9/10

Bug was introduced in #186

Fixed - end of game year does not exist in electricity emission factor object To test: navigate to end of game in 1or 2 year gameplay (select any 1 project, not required).
