Went back after Year 5&6 to Year 3&4

period 1: adv monitor, TH steam trap, TH pipe insulation, TH light occupancy, TH light upgrade, TH shutoff NG: 234,600 (if started at 240000) & elect: 58350000 period 2: boiler monitors, chilled water, small carport (financed) NG: 215,400; Elect: 55,476,000 period 3: didn't matter, just go back to period 2

Went back after year one was able to "Proceed" but got stuck at EoY screen

Just tried again, same setup and it worked just fine
