Update Emission Factors #4

  1. Update to latest numbers

  2. Add CO2e numbers as a secondary output (have just CO2 as one list and N2O & CH4 as a second list)

  3. Add a factor for T&D - see eGRID methodology

  4. Add result that is CO2e = CO2 emissions + {N2O + CH4} emissions

THis is said elsewhere, but the display of the emission factors should be a result unless Fuel Type or eGRID == Other, then there should be 3 fields (CO2, CH4, N2O), See Issue #8?

Math: CO2 Emissions = {Energy Use (in MMBTU or MWh) x Op hours} x CO2 Factor CO2e Emissions = {Energy Use in MMBTU or MWh) x Op hours} x (CO2 Factor + CH4 Factor x 25/1000 + N2O Factor x 298/1000)
