Revising Issue #531: Model data set to zero. If modeled energy use is less than zero, override to zero

Instead if ADJUSTED BASELINE (Adjusted for normalization + baseline adjustment) then override to zero. Watch out for "% savings" I think it is calculated as "Savings / adjustedBaseline" so may need a catch to keep infinity from appearing :)

Modeled energy use CAN be < 0

Talk to Chris/Kris before implementing. Chris may have changed his mind about modeled energy
