In the data viz tab, have a second level of tabs

I think some of what this was asking for was the bringing graphs directly from the utility data over here (in addition to leaving them in place) as a bit of consolidation. I'm a bit iffy about this but maybe: Time series - have the option to be stacked bar or grouped bar (if possible) for just the groups/meters and keep predictors as lines. Time series - have the option to be dots instead of lines

Let's wait on any of these until we get some feedback from the entire group. I'm not really sure they are necessary.
