Facility grouping for rollups #942

A free input field in Facility settings that lets users choose a way to group their facilities. Need to think on label - Department? Facility Type? Facility Group?

Then have a donut in the Corporate overview and overview report that aggregates the facilities into those groups and shows all the energy/carbon/utility/cost graphs by those groups instead of by individual facilities

Kind of like TH "teams"

There is a desire to group facilities for reporting purposed. Currently we have a facility "Classification" but nothing is really being done with this. The options for the classification should be more open ended and we should be able to generate reports and see other types of details by the facility group/classification
