Changing Subroutine name for BlueCrab Integration #132 #133

This is the proposed solution for Blue_crab integration identified in issue #132.

Looks good to me. @markuspiro @maxposchmann @nikolasscuro, can anyone think of any potential conflicts in other applications (perhaps non-NEAMS codes)? If not, I will merge this.
