Web - No way to edit group without adding to a new share #350

Currently, the only way to access groups is through the sharing dialog. However, it is only possible to add/remove groups and editing an existing group that has already been assigned an ACL is not possible. Must allow editing of any/all groups from any share dialof.

This is not entirely true - groups can be edited; however, there still is no way to view/edit groups outside of the sharing dialog. Groups should be added to the main tree for my data and my projects.
