Web - Creating new record without allocation still open dialog #381

A error message is shown, but the new record dialog (maybe collection too) is still shown.

Note that the dialog allows selection of a different parent collection which re-scans available allocations, and the use cannot create a record until a valid allocation is selected, so it could be debated whether this is a bug or not.
