4 years ago This had to be an edit mistake because the system does not currently allow allocation paths to be changed. If a repo data path is changed, all allocations would need to be manually updated to match.
Not sure if this was caused by DataFed or by me manually editing the database. An allocation had a mismatched path field compared to the repo it was associated with. This happened with Suhas' CNMS data that was moved from the cades-test repo to the cades-cnms repo which have different file system paths (/data/cades-test vs /data10t/cades-cnms). Since the issue was on the allocation edge, I think it was a manual edit mistake, but will investigate further.
