System - Repo server crashed when core was restarted under load #458

While running many data put commands on same record (30), stopped core server and deleted all tasks to clear queue. On restart of core, found that repo server had crash without any message in log. Need to determine cause and add better logging to report if/when this happens again.

Note: this could have simply been systemd restarting the repo service b/c it depends on core service.
