System - gridFTP download is calling authz check twice #465

The DB authz/gridFTP method is being called twice with the same parameters on download of a record. Need to understand why and fix this.

Investigation shows that the gridFTP server is calling the auth method twice. Have submitted a ticket to Globus for further information.

According to globus, this is expected behavior. Closing issue.
