Web - Record listings under allocations do not show annotation or metadata icons #541

Probably due to database method not setting notes mask.

I'm not sure I know what this is talking about, which icons?

This was referring to any extra icons - like info / warning / error annotations, and metadata validation error. However, in your screenshot, an error annotation is being shown, so maybe this got fixed? Need to verify all conditions though.
