Title text and icons should allow clicks to pass-through

I don't know from the description what this means.

Related to provenance graph WEB UI, double clicking zooms in and shift + double clicking zooms out, I don't think this is documented anywhere.

In the provenance graph, the data nodes objects (circles) have floating labels & icons near them. When the graph is laid out, sometime the labels overlay the data nodes and prevent mouse clicks from getting to the node. These labels & icons need to be transparent to mouse clicks for the graph to work properly at all times.
