Provenance edges referencing deleted records #785

This issue was reported during heavy loading of the DB and backed-up task processing. It's possible the references were pointing to de-linked records rather than deleted records, but if that's the case, the provenance edges need to be deleted when a record is de-linked prior to deletion.

Unable to reproduce - likely due to record deletion being delayed due to heavy loading. Closing
