Updated link labels and figure paths in the MS architecture to be more conform with the rest

• The link labels for sections, figures, and tables now match the file paths, which makes things easier to find and reference.
• The figures have been moved from a central directory to subdirectories of the section files they are used in, which makes it easier to keep track of them.
