Assign yourself to the card if you are actively working on it, whether it's related to implementation or validation.
Create a checklist for each card outlining the necessary steps to fully implement the feature. If the checklist becomes too extensive or if the feature is complex, consider breaking the card into multiple tasks to make the workload more manageable.
Specify a cost value (located in the ‘Power-Ups' tab) to indicate the amount of effort required to complete the card. Generally, we’re doing 1 cost = 1 hour.
Assign a priority (found in the 'Power-Ups' tab) to signify the importance of the task and its urgency for completion.
Apply an appropriate label to the card.
If the card is code related, use the GitHub power-up to attach a pull request to the card
Cards must be placed the correct “doing” and “done” lists depending on their current stage, so we can properly track what’s being worked on and what there is left to do.
When validation is complete, move it to the “Done” list and ensure the description of the card says "Implemented by "name", validated by "name""
Validation must be done by a different person than implementation
