I agree that many of the definitions need some re-writing, but this update focused mainly on stylistic updates. Perhaps another issue should be raised to suggest the re-writing? I notice that there are many PRs that have opened recently that are making changes that this PR has already made. Maybe another classmate or two would benefit from contributing updated term definitions. @burgess01 and @gkapfham , what do you think?

I completely agree with that Paige, I think that is a good point! I believe that this PR is ready to be merged then @PaigeCD !
