This PR includes:

Search for location when creating gateway and device.
Add doubleclick on map to move marker when creating gateway and device
Added map on application details.
Added clustering on gateway map and application details map
Added logic for lat/lon decimals length. Now set to max 9 (that is what the db supports atm).
