What needs to be done?

[x] @kbp-di explains the projects structure
- (is there a frontend and backend? a queue-engine etc. or is everything located in a monorepo?)
[x] The correct repositories are created, i suggest we use our https://github.com/OS2offdig/os2-project-template
[ ] Configure the repos with Logos, description
[ ] Create a proper and wellmade README including documenting clear codebase objectives:
[ ] Follow the guide for welcoming contributions:

It's monorepo. Created the repos from templates, still needs actual content.
