Add a reference doc that explains with examples how to adhere to the criteria across the governance template
Obstacle
Most of the short criteria descriptions in the template leave a large space for interpretation of how you execute and implement the criteria on the operational level. While this can be fine for experienced and constantly up-to date suppliers and contributors, this potentially leaves implementation methods up for recurring discussion and a mixed non-standard landscape of projects.
Background
As an effect of missing guidelines, it can be difficult to attract more developers and users that just "want to get started" and as a side effect it can be difficult to recognize a project as a "OS2" branded projects, as their implementation of the criteria varies greatly.
Proposal:
To offer a simple, fast and standardized way to enter the project as a new developer, supplier or user, there should be created a simple "Getting started" that explains a set of standards with examples and templates. This can serve as a fast and easy way to onboard more projects and more contributors, while still leaving room for variances and improvements, should existing contributors wish to cooperate on the methods described.
