Lack of IDP initiated Logout #64

Missing SLO functionality (Missing IdP initiated Logout) - It is possible that we will be rejected at the door by FKIS when there is a transition to a prod environment, if they test this functionality.

If this is not solved we are not compliant with oiosaml2 and up.

We risk to be be rejected when trying to logout or login.

This needs to be implemented.
