.cd file has CRLF endings

The .cd file contains CRLF (x0D0A) line endings. This makes Catcomp fail. Please distribute with only LF (x0A) line endings ("UNIX style").

Updated AmiFTP.CD, hope those CRLF are gone. Check it when you have time, THX.
