The editing features in the code need to be thoroughly checked out and corrected. For instance, one thing I did was open up the bae model and define the pass (one pass butt weld example). I incorrectly identified it as a 'T-fillet' weld. When I tried to edit to change the pass to a butt weld, odd things happen - give it a try. It hangs up and loses it's mind. Likewise, if one deletes this pass and tries to start over again it also loses it's mind. The only way the code works if the user does everything correctly from the start and does not have to change anything.
