There is a strange problem with VFT_SOLID with some meshes. It chops off the last letter in the element (or list) sets. However, it only does it for some meshes. I attach two very related simple problems of the bracket (this is one of the problems we used during training). One has 2 passes and the other four passes. If you read them into VFT_SOLID (one at a time of course). Define either 2 or 4 passes depending on the mesh (use Amps=60 Volts=10 although it does not matter), any material file, and write out CTSP files, then warp files. When the material definition box pops up you will see that the last character in the 2 pass model is chopped off or missing. For the 4 pass there is no problem. If you look at the two input files (bracket-new (one pass) and bracket-4welds (4 welds) they are nearly identical.
