Add pitzer exp #46

add pitzer expansion

change capitalize function to capitalize_words to change 'pitzer-exp' to PitzerExp (to access the data attributes)
add option-for attributes to the node types because hugemem is not available on pitzer-exp and largemem is only available on pitzer-exp
lastly obviously, submit.yml.erb has to change to accomidate slurm options and torque options.

@johrstrom Pitzer expansion is 48 cores per node. Also at this time largemem nodes which are also 48 core but 768GB of RAM are not available for users to run as we evaluate why their benchmarks like HPL and HPCG are not consistent.

Thanks! Good catches. I'll remove largemem from jupyter too.
