File-Editor: Key binding doesn't match select menu when re-opening #242

When I re-open a file the Key Bindings select menu/browser seems to remember I last edited this file with vim bindings and pre-selects vim from the menu. However, it doesn't seem to actually switch to this selection. I have to select Default, then re-select vim to get into vim mode.
