With all the mucking about I've done with auto_job_name I seem to have broken it.

Job names are now ondemand/dev/dashboard/project-manager/ondemand/dev/dashboard/project-manager/$VARIABLE

instead of just

ondemand/dev/dashboard/project-manager/$VARIABLE
