A discourse came in with a user confused by the instructions about authentication modules: https://discourse.openondemand.org/t/compiling-authentication-module/2628/3
It looks like that entry needs removed as it is not necessary to compile these against the binaries there, and in Rocky 8 SCL does not even exist.
