The content for this looks fine, I just wonder if we want to add the TOC entry.

I did that only because I remember hearing something in an ACCESS meeting about this needing to be easy to find for RPs. I can't recall if they said it had to be this visible, but I think they wanted it obvious to find.

I could see it making sense with the Release Notes somehow, as a nav link under that with the notes as one page, and this as another?
