Implement capability to modify/delete user mapping

Should be able to (if a mapping already exists and the user visits the registration page):

• change the local user the currently logged in user is mapped to
• delete the mapping of the currently logged in user

In both cases, after a successful change, the cookie that stores the cache of the mapping should be deleted.
