Another thing to look at here is owens' cluster status. 404/434 (93%) of the queue is for a GPU and that queue size is 260% greater than all the gpus available!

Similar to the above comment, we might want to show the difference between queued jobs that are queued because they are blocked vs being queued because they are scheduled. Jobs in the Owens cluster cannot run because a GPU is not available, whereas jobs in Pitzer are queued despite GPU nodes being available.
