[docs] remove requirements from docs/index.md

The docs/index.md has a chunck of necessary code that doesn't render useful in any way.

Steps to resolve this

1. Open docs/index.md
2. Delete the code in a section that renders in a table under sub-heading Requirements
3. Submit a PR
