@ht-thomas @kallyas theses Parameter do not appear in the function signature;

• thumb
• file_name
• mime_type
• file_size

would they have any implication?

They are optional, that's why

like @kallyas said, they are optional as seen on the telegram bot api page. We decided to have only arguments considered as compulsory added to the function signature. I'm trying to find the issue where this was resolved but I can't find it, but it was resolved somewhere. @HassanBahati is this PR ready for merging?
