add way to add internal links #71

Link to headlines 1-6 and figures within document.

Figures: This is useful if within the text the user wants to write "See figure 2", and he wants to update this to "See figure 3" if an extra figure is inserted at the start of the document.

Headlines: See google docs functionality Insert -> Link -> Headings
