[Feat]: validation add on join us form #1608

What feature?

Add empty validation on contact form , email validation check . Error message shown below of each fields. highlighted that field by red order.

@Vaishnavi-Patil2211 I did it before but it seems like it's not working properly. I can again work on it under GSSOC'23. Please assign this to me.
