[Feat]: Chapters enhancement

What feature?

The chapter section of the website needs enhancement as when a user clicks on it the nav elements look several times in a look and even the logo is not visible. It is a big issue that requires enhancement. I am willing to work on this kindly assign this to me under GSSOC23.
