Feature description: Bot sends a message to the first channel it has permission to in the discord server when it joins it. If the bot is added to a server which is not present in server_config.ini the bot will send a message to look up README.md.

Fix: Bot will not crash if it joins a server not present in server_config.ini

Solves issue: #2

This PR has developed merge conflicts due to the other PR being merged in, and the conflicts need to be resolved.

I'd suggest doing an interactive rebase of this PR on top of main, and then force pushing of the branch
