made a basic-setup for react in /src/frontend , so that contributions can be made simultaneously to /src/frontend/src/components @JyotiSunkara @fireballpoint1 , can i pull a request regarding this

@95ych there was already an existing basic react app in frontend. Either way you should make pull requests once you have the assigned issue completed
