Add missing Surface models, remove Surface Pro 9 ARM models (they don't use the same drivers as the Intel models)
This doesn't modify/rebuild the overall driver catalog, just the model catalog y'all use to pull drivers. Next time y'all perform /build/Build-all.ps1 this will update the driver catalog to include these additional models. This specifically addresses #93 and a number of other models that nobody has filed an issue over.
